Definition

Customer. It is an organization, or in the case of physical persons, he, or she who pays for the product, service, or activity.

The customer is not necessarily the user of the product or the processor activity. It can be external or internal to the organization. In the latter case, unless there is a system of internal prices, the internal customer does not pay the product or service or activity but uses it. Customers should be seen as a reason for the existence of the organization and not just as a result of the receptors of the products or services.
