Definition
Custodian. A bank or other financial institution that keeps custody of stock certificates and other assets of a mutual fund, individual, or corporate client.
Details
The Custodian of a securitisation is any the entity that holds the securitisation assets on behalf of the Issuer and performs a range of other oversight activities along the Management Company
