Definition

Corporate Lending denotes any of a wide array of loan or related financial products that provide financing to corporate entities. A subset of corporate lending, usually defined via reference to company size is denoted as SME Lending

Business Models

  • Corporate Lending is typically provided by banks. Additional traditional channels included some form Securitization in the form of Collateralized Loan Obligations.
  • The largest corporate loans arranged through the Syndicated Loan channel
