Corporate Action Holder Response. Response by the Holder of a security, to a previous Offer made by the Issuer.
Some CAE types fall under this heading. The action will specify what choices are available to the Holder by way of a response (for example cash, securities, no action and so on). See list ... Embedded as a scheme in a ISO 15022 field.
