Consular Invoice. It is a document that is required in some countries in the context of Supply Chain Finance. It describes the shipment of products. It shows information such as the buyer and the vendor, and the value of the shipment. Certified by the consular officer of the foreign country stationed in the foreign country, it is used by the country's customs officials to verify the value, quantity and nature of the shipment.
