Collateral Provider

Definition

Collateral Provider. A party which provides Collateral for a Loan in the context of a Loan Collateral Agreement

Ownership of the assets delivered under the agreement is transferred by the collateral provider to secure (also cover), in a legally perfect way, an obligation to the collateral taker.
