Types of Contracts

Contractual risks are risks associated with explicit and legally binding contracts that can be:

  • Existing market positions in Securities or Derivatives
  • Lending Products or other Credit Risks
  • Underwritten Insurance
  • Internal Performance contracts (labour contracts)
  • External Performance contracts (outsourcing)

Contract Taxonomies
