Definition

Bond Exchange Low Price. The lowest valuation over the period specified. Possibly but not necessarily based on a trade. Determined by the trading venue as to whether it's based on a trade or an offer. this can be regarded as a derived price. Price is based on a riule whil will cause one to pick a certain price type.
