Definition

The Delphi Technique is a method of Risk Analysis that elicits anonymous expert feedback.

The results of the surveys can are analyzed re-circulated to experts over multiple rounds. The goal is to identify and agree on the Risk Profile of an activity, situation or project without undue influence between participants
