Definition
ARM Balloon Indicator: For an adjustable-rate mortgage loan, a code that denotes if the loan has a balloon feature.

- Valid Values:
- Y = Yes
- N = No
- Applicable to certain CIRT offerings
- The field belongs to the FM SFLP Template
