Definition
Servicing Activity Indicator: An indicator that denotes a change in Servicing activity during the corresponding reporting period.
Notes
- This indicator is designed to identify changes that have generally occurred to the primary servicer or sub-servicing arrangement for the mortgage loan. Not all mortgage loans identified with this indicator require specific action on the part of the respective borrower or co-borrower.
- Valid Values:
- Y = Yes
