Definition
Current Loan Delinquency Status: The number of months the Obligor is delinquent as determined by the governing mortgage documents.
Notes
- For mortgage loans removed from the reference pool or historical data set, this field will be blank, subsequent to the month of removal.
- If the delinquency is unknown, the value ‘XX’ will display.
- In the event the loan is greater than or equal to 99 months delinquent, the field will report a '99'.
- The field belongs to the FM SFLP Template
