Cumulative Modification Loss Amount: The cumulative loss amount calculated for a mortgage loan resulting from a modification event.
Notes
- Determination of a modification event is, if applicable, defined in each of the individual CRT offering documents. If the cumulative modification loss amount is not applicable, the value will be zero.
