Completion Test

From Open Risk Manual

Definition

Completion Test means the milestone achieved by the Project marking the end of the design, development and construction phases of the Project Development Lifecycle, and the start of the operational phase.

The test confirms the Project’s ability to perform as planned and generate the expected cash flows. For Projects requiring an Independent Environmental and Social Consultant, completion from an environmental and social perspective will only occur when the Independent Environmental and Social Consultant has deemed that the Project meets all the required performance criteria as defined by the Project-specific Environmental and Social Requirements.
